Free Etsy listing photo checker
Upload a listing photo and we'll check it against Etsy's image recommendations: at least 2000px, square-crop friendly, well lit, and on an uncluttered background. You'll also see a white-background square preview. Everything runs in your browser; your photo isn't uploaded.

What the checks mean
- Size: Etsy recommends listing photos at least 2000px wide and tall; your first photo should be at least 635px.
- Aspect ratio: Etsy shows square crops in search and Shop Home, so keep the product centred.
- Brightness: Etsy says dark or blurry main images can appear lower in search.
- Clutter: our estimate of how busy the edges of the frame are. Plain backgrounds read better as small thumbnails.
